You apply it after a bath or shower so that the oils in the bar lock in the moisture your skin picked up in the shower. Many customers keep these at their bedside to soften hands and feet overnight.  Beautiful and functional. sunflower oil, beeswax, shea butter*, cocoa butter*, with cinnamon powder*, vanilla extract, ginger oil, clove oil*, ylang ylang oil, cinnamon oil, and cardamom oil
